AYSO Spring 2017 On-Line Registration is now Open!

Early Bird Registration Extended Through February 11, 2017

$60 for New Players

$45 for Returning Fall 2016 Players

We offer a $10 discount for each child after the 2nd child per family

(that is, regular fee for child #1 and #2, $10 off for child #3, $10 off for child #4, etc.)

To register your child, do the following (very important):

1. If your family is new to AYSO and you have never had an account on, click on the Create an Account link and follow the instructions. Choose Region 840.
2. If you already have an account on, sign in. You will be brought to the Welcome page.
3. Follow one of the three procedures below depending on the player’s situation (please read carefully):

a. If your child has never played in AYSO, click on the Sign Up button under New Player? and follow the instructions.
b. If you are registering a child that has played in previous years in AYSO, but not in the Fall 2016 season, click on the Sign Up button under Returning Player? and follow the instructions.
c. If your child played in AYSO in the Fall 2016 season, click on the Sign Up for Other Programs link under Already Registered and follow the instructions. This is allows us to track returning players from the fall and automatically gives you the $15 discount since those players already paid for insurance for the year.

4. During the registration process, don't forget to e-sign the players’ Registration Form (big yellow box on the registration form) and check the box next to “I agree to use an electronic signature.”
5. If you pay on-line via credit or debit card, you are done.  We will take care of printing the Registration form and Concussion Awareness form to give to the coaches.
6. If paying via check, make check out to “840 AYSO” and mail to the following address:

Region 840 serves the communities of Oneida, Oneida Castle, Sherrill, Stockbridge, Sylvan Beach, Vernon and Verona.

The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is a nationwide non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs in a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Five Philosophies:

Everyone Plays
Our program's goal is for kids to play soccer so we mandate that every player on every team must play at a minimum, half of every game.
Balanced Teams
Each year we form new teams as evenly balanced as possible because it is fair and more fun when teams of equal ability play.
Open Registration
Our program is open to all children between 4 1/2 and 18 years of age who want to register and play soccer. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing. We do not hold tryouts.
Positive Coaching
Encouragement of player effort provides for greater enjoyment by the players and ultimately leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players.
Good Sportsmanship
We strive to create a positive environment based on mutual respect rather than a win-at-all-costs attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.
Player Development
We train our coaching staff to provide challenges which create stronger, smarter, more skilled players.

Region 840 is the local organization that plans and administers 3 playing seasons: Fall, Winter and Spring. Separate registrations are held for each season.

We are an all-volunteer organization, so we encourage you to sign up to invest your time as a volunteer coach, referee or board member when you register! We will provide training for you.
